| 1980's | Griggs & Browne expanded to include our Home Inspection division. Griggs & Browne also expanded it's service areas to include MA and CT |
| 1990's | Glenn Griggs' son, Dan Griggs, joins the company and opens up the Martha's Vineyard/Nantucket office. We also expaned again to include our Carpet, Tile and Upholstery Cleaning Services |
| 2000's | Dan Griggs becomes President of Griggs & Browne. He has committed the company to utilizing safe, effective, environmentally sound practices. We also celebrated our 100th Anniversary. |

The History of our Slogan
In the 1970's, Griggs & Browne held a contest in the hopes of getting a slogan. A housewife from Warwick had the winning entry with our now famous slogan, "Without Griggs & Browne the whole town would fall down". Her prize? Twenty dollars and an article in the newspaper!
