My name is Lisa. I am an assistant property manager in Cranston. As managers, we all receive complaints. It is very easy to sit down and write to complain when you are angry. It means much more when the time is taken to commend someone.

I have gotten to know Paul from working with him for over a year now. He is extremely friendly, outgoing, personable, and goes above and beyond. His work is excellent and efficient; he is always on time, or even early, and many tenants have complimented us for hiring your company!

He’s saved many a carpet we thought we’d have to replace. And, up until a year ago, I had NO IDEA Griggs & Browne did carpet or tile cleaning!! I have since had my own rental property professionally cleaned and have referred my friends.

In closing, I guess my final thought is this: With such excellent employees with both customer service and sales skills, why do people only find out that Griggs & Browne does carpet and tile cleaning by word of mouth?
