Attention Office Manager:
During a recent "fix me up project" it was reviled that we had a termite problem. My contractor suggested three possible pest control companies. My wife and I always try to go local first.
Calling your office on 6/11/2013 and talking to Diane (I believe) it was evident we chose the right place on the very first call. Her understanding, help and efforts to get somebody to our home as soon as possible on the same day are unequalled. Then Mike shows up, right on time, and proceeds to be courteous, patient and fully understanding of our "trauma". He does a great job checking and coming up with recommended additional check points that should be inspected followed by the solution and a program to correct the problem going forward. In addition he was able to coordinate and change scheduling to support a 6/12/2013 "Sentricon" system installation. This meant less time away from my job.
On 6/12/2013 the team of Joan and Mike show up, again right on schedule, and proceed to accomplish the task at hand in a most professional and courteous manner.
Recommending your organization will not be a problem for us.

This not is late being sent but is no less sincere. Trevor is my quarterly pest control guy.
Trevor is polite when calling to schedule a visit and while he is here. He is thorough in his rounds, answers all questions and provides additional information. Trevor likes his job as is evident in his cheerfulness and enthusiasm.
Part of his way to do a good job is his respectfullness of the homeowners property. He makes sure that prior to spraying outside that all windows are closed and makes sure his hose doesn't penetrate flower beds.
