For termites to survive, they must go through a molting process several times a year during their life cycle. Recruit Always Active prevents molting from taking place and the termites die. They eat our bait, return to their colony, and feed the termite colony the bait. This sharing of the bait among the rest of the colony results in the elimination of the colony.
